Curious that the item actually produced is never mentioned. I can conceive of at least 2 liquids that dairy cows produce copiously. As far as "normally distributed", I should hope that they don't hold one of these all in until they get into the barn at night!
You need a normal probability distribution table; calculate your range in terms of units of sigma (which you are given), then read the table (which is in that type of units).
