The LSAT-Flex is the three-section LSAT administered online in response to the Covid-19 pandemic offered between May 2020 and June 2021. The LSAC recently announced that the LSAT will continue to be administered remotely until June 2022. Beginning in August 2021, however, the LSAT will be a four-section test. Three of the sections will be scored, while one section will be an unscored experimental section. The test will contain one scored section of Logical Reasoning, one scored section of Reading Comprehension, and one scored section of Logic Games (Analytical Reasoning). The fourth section will be one of the three section types.
The LSAT-Flex has no break. Beginning in August 2021, there will be a break between sections two and three.
