There are several ways to do this math problem! But since you want to do mental math, I'll show you a strategy for that. The first thing to do is to take both numbers and break them up into their parts.
32 breaks down into 30 and 2, 25 breaks down into 20 and 5. Then you would multiply the first parts of each number, 30x20... it might not seem like an easy equation, but you can just do 3x2 (which equals 6) and then add the two 0's (one from the 30 and one from the 20). 30x20 = 600. Next you have the 2 from 32 and the 5 from 25 left. Multiple 2x5, this is easily 10. Now take your two answers and add them together to get the final solution. 600+ 10 = 610. Here's a less wordy way to think of it..
30--> 30+2, 25--> 20+5 30x20...3x2=6...add the 0s...600 2x5=10 600+10= 610
