That depends on how well prepared you are for the test !! I will say this, its very challenging and the questions are intentionally asked a specific way and they are looking for specific answers to the questions. Sometimes, they are looking for the best answer of the group instead of a sole correct answer.

To put it simply, yes.
But it's likely not as hard as you expect it to be, and it's not hard in the way you'd expect it to be.
It's important to understand why it's so notorious, and if you take a moment to examine the very exam name, that answer will present itself to you:
It's a National Registry.
Which means it asks questions and scores from a national curriculum.
The problem lies in that not all education is equal, I'm sure there's things that we spend more time on in my personal schooling that you'll spend (or have spent) more time on than we did.
Every institution operates a little differently, but as long as you understand what's expected of you on the national level, and you study it consistently, you will do fine!
