365 divided by 0.27 = 500 employees a year ago.
To check, take 365 divided by 500 = 0.73.
Then subtract 1.
0.73 - 1 = -0.27
To find the percentage change between two numbers, just divide the new by the old and subtract 1. (365/500)-1= -27%
