Simply go to File/Mailbox Cleanup/Archive and start the archive process. Outlook will automatically create the archive folder for you. If you wish to have the archive folder always accessible in Outlook, note during creation where it is (full path) and then after it's done go to File/Open & Export/Open File/Outlook Data File and navigate to the to the archive file and open it.
