How to construct a triangle ?

AB+AC=b+c,BC=a,AD=da(A's bisector)

I would love to assist, however, I need more information.  Do the lower case letters represent angles in your question or are you trying to construct, what would be an isosceles triangle who's sides are half of the hypotenuse.  Also, is there a circle and arc lengths involved in your question?  I can explain either for you but I need clarification.

A, B, C - angles
 
a, b, c - sides opposite to A,B,C, respectively, or their lengths
 
da, db,dc - bisectors of the angles A,B,C
 
These are the notation i meant.you don't need additional information to construct this triangle.I want you to explain to me how can i construct this triangle with a ruler and a compass.
