There are many prefixes in Hebrew. If you have a more specific question about them the festest and easier way is to contact the Academy of the Hebrew language ( https://www.facebook.com/AcademyOfTheHebrewLanguage/ ).
In general:
אי comes with a dash after it and suggests a negative for example אי-הבנה is not understanding when הבנה is understanding.
בלתי is another prefix that suggests a negative similar to un before a word in english.
בר is prefix that usually means available or able.
Other than that there are hebrew teaching books (I would look into middle and high school grammer books from Israel to get a better understanding)
