The "best" is difficult to say. In my experience everyone has a favorite and many produce similar or identical results. V-Ray & Lumion are popular and powerful but expensive. Enscape is also very good. SU Podium is another great choice at a lower price point. Personally I use Thea Render for Sketchup. It is powerful, affordable and produces great results.
Many rendering application have trial versions and I recommend you try a few out before spending your money.
