Is the kh sound the same as the spanish J sound

They both sound the same to me. Are they the same or is it just me?

The kh sound in Hebrew is a harder sound that is pronounced using the back of the throat. So it’s harder than an English h sound, but softer than an English k sound. The Spanish j sound is more like an English h sound.
