Can you mirror components in Google SketchUp 8?

Yes. There are several ways that a component can be mirrored. My first choice is to use the Flip Along command which is found by right clicking on the component and then choosing which component axis direction you want, either the Component's Red, Green or Blue axis. If that doesn't get you want you want, then use the Scale tool on the component and drag the appropriate handle of the Scale tool until you get -1.00 as the scale amount.
