That depends on your definition of "correct." The verse which you posted originated from the Old Testament. The Old Testament is considered "עברית תנכית" or "Biblical Hebrew." As such, there are fewer words in the category of Biblical Hebrew than there are in Modern Hebrew. In addition, there are different rules of grammar, spelling, and pronunciation for Biblical Hebrew. So to answer your question in short, according to Modern Hebrew this verse is not correct, whereas in terms of Biblical Hebrew it is correct.
