Is there any way to differentiate between potato chips and french fries in Hebrew?

I know they're both chips... but if I wanted to specify potato chips (as opposed to french fries), could I say צ'יפס תפוח אדמה? Like, if you're at a restaurant that had both, how would you specify one vs the other?

It's a good one...

It is (semi) correct to say צ'יפס תפוח אדמה, however, you may ask to say it again. If you are visiting Israel, the easiest way to receive potato chips is to ask for תפוצ׳יפס (tapochips).

I say it's semi correct for the fact that everyone in Israel use the word צ'יפס, however, the correct word for צ'יפס (french fries) is (tuganim) טוּגָנִים
