I learned to memorize the first declension plurals by repeated "Dionysius," pronounced a bit awkwardly:
DIE - captures the nominative plural αι ending (pronounced like "eye")
ON - Captures the genitive plural ων (pronounced like "own")
ICE - Captures the dative plural αις (pronounced like "ice" with the first part like "aisle")
AS - captures the accusative ας (pronounced like the plural of "ah," ending like "Oz," where the Wizard lives)
