A man carried the job with one of the end stones one by carrying them in succession.In carrying all the stones he covered a distance of 3 km. The number of stones is-

The number of stones is simply equal to the number of sides in which the polygon is created.

 

3 km = 3 km*1000 m/km=3000 m

Therefore, the number of stones is 300.
