Origin of “frekha”?

I heard the word often in certain circumstances, and I think I know what it means (trollop, airhead etc), but what is its origin?

Frekha is a derogatory term for a woman who is cheap, sleazy, vulgar etc. There are different theories as to where that term originates from.

One theory says that the word Frekha is a female name in Arabic. Other theories claim it originated from Yiddish or from German.
