Is there a difference between these phrases?

Hi! I'm an American-raised native Hebrew speaker, but it takes me ages to type in Hebrew so I'm writing in English. I've been watching "השוטר הטוב" since I have access to Israeli Netflix while I'm here on vacation, and I noticed that some characters say "בחיאת," while some say "בחייך" in that context (along the lines of "oh, please"). I always grew up saying the latter. Is there a significant difference?

The former is a transliteration of an Arabic phrase. You are correct in that both means roughly the same thing.
