No. There's not a single factor that can by itself guarantee an applicant admission to a certain school. If you have a 180 with a 3.0 GPA, you'll likely be rejected from Yale, Stanford and Harvard. And even if you have a 4.0 and a 180, it's possible that a bad Personal Statement or interview could stop you from being admitted.
