What does מֶלֶךְ הָעולָם mean?

Does it mean: *Sovereign of all*? or *Creator of the Universe*? or *King of the Universe*?

מֶלֶךְ means "king"

הָעולָם means "the universe"

So yes, "king of the universe" is a great translation. "Sovereign of all" obviously is very similar, the universe is "everything" and a king is a sovereign. So I guess it just depends more on word relevance to you.
