I think "kaLEV" the Hebrew version of Caleb might be fun. Since the Hebrew word "KElev" (dog) is very similar.

The most obvious choice seems to me to be כן, pronounced "ken," which means "yes." Of course, given that Ken is a name in English, that might be an issue for you.
