Is there anything that offers to do that automatically for arbitrary texts?

You can enter Hebrew texts here: http://www.read-hebrew.com/ to see all possible niqqud markings for each word. However, since most letter combinations in Hebrew have multiple possible niqqud combinations it can be hard to pick the exact one per the text you are wondering about.
