Hyphen or no hyphen for numbers 11-19 in Hebrew?

Question

Do most people use a hyphen or not when writing the numbers 11-19 in Hebrew? ​ For example, would you write 11 as אחת עשרה or as אחת-עשרה ​ Toda!

In the formal way it's should be with :  אחת-עשרה

but In the modern Hebrew either way is correct. no one tell you it is a mistake.
