Best way to learn to read quickly?

Hello, I love foreign languages and speak French and Spanish in addition to my native English. I am in the process of becoming more active in Judaism, but I cannot read Hebrew. I mostly want to learn modern Hebrew, but I'd also like to be able to read Hebrew in general to follow along with the prayers at the synagogue. What is the best way to learn to read Hebrew and become good enough at reading to follow along with the prayers/torah readings? I don't need to understand biblical Hebrew. I'll be focusing mostly on modern Hebrew, but am starting with reading in the context of prayers/torah as that is an immediate need.

The best advice I can give is to work on it every day. Even if it is just 15 minutes sometimes. Never let a day go by without reading and listening.

A great site for practicing your reading (if you already know the letters and vowels) is Bible.is. There you can play the audio of the Biblical text as you read along. Super helpful for pronunciation especially.
