Shalom! In Hebrew you would say "America-iy"
To say "I am American" you would say, "Ani Americaiy."
When I communicate with Israelis, however, I normally say that I am from the United States. I think this is probably more common? So you can also say, "I am from the United States" which would be "Ani m'Artzot Habrit."
from = m'
United States = "Artzot Habrit"
I hope this helps!
