70% of 60 liters of an alcohol solution contains 42 liters of pure alcohol.
If we add V liters of 40% alcohol we increase the alcohol content by 0.4V and the volume by V.
(42 + 0.4V) / (60 + V) = 0.5
42 + 0.4V = 30 + 0.5V
12 = 0.1 V
V = 120 liters
