A photocopier enlarges by a ratio of 7:4. A picture measures 6 cm by 4 cm. How many consecutive enlargements can be made so that the largest possible picture will fit on a sheet measuring 30 cm by 20 cm?
Please explain.

After the first enlargement, the dimensions will be 10.5 by 7. After the second enlargement, the dimensions will be 18.38 by 12.25. After the third enlargement, the dimensions will be 32.17 by 21.44, which exceeds the possible size.
I derived this by multiplying 7/4 by each of the two terms, sequentially. So, check my math, but, I think only two enlargements can be made.
