A probability question

I'm stuck on this question for tutoring hw, please help. Marget buys 3 tickets in a raffle in which 500 tickets are sold. If there are 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes, what is the probability of her winning no prize? (raffles are drawn with non-replacement)

I wish it were that simple. But the raffle tickets are drawn with replacement, and the answer to this question is 1016862/1035425 :/. The answers are on the sheet but I need to figure out how to work it out.

Sorry, I meant the raffles aren't drawn with replacement but non replacement.
