1/(3b-2) = (b+1)/(b-2)
(3b-2)(b+1) = b-2
3b^2 + 3b - 2b - 2 = b-2
3b^2 + b - 2 = b-2
3b^2 + b - 2 - b + 2 = 0
3b^2 =0
b=0
CHECK:
1/(0-2) + 1/(3*0-2) = (0+2)/(0-2)
- 1/2 + -1/2 = 2/-2
