Look at the individual genes and see what proportion will have the same phenotype as parent two, then multiply them together. We're looking for AxbbCx, where x indicates either dominant or recessive.
aa x Aa = 2/4 Ax
Bb x bb = 2/4 bb
Cc x CC = 4/4 Cx
2/4 x 2/4 x 4/4 = 1/4
So one in four will have the same phenotype, though not necessarily the same genotype.
