So I don't really know what point intercept formula is.  I am doing it on an online program that was assigned to me Monday.  I need a response by 11:59 tomorrow night.

Point-slope: y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)

Slope-intercept: y = mx + b

 

Once you plug in the given values in the point-slope form, some simple algebra (distributive property and additive/subtractive property) will quickly allow you to convert it to slope-intercept form.
