I need help finding what passes through the points (5,7) and (3,1) help plzzzzz

In point-slope form,

 

y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)

 

m = (7 - 1)/(5 - 3) = 6/2 = 3

 

Pick either point.  If you pick the first point,

 

y₁ = 7

x₁ = 5

 

y - 7 = 3(x - 5)

 

You can convert this to standard form or slope-intercept form if you wish.
