Great question, one to make you think...'If the body is the City, what would the cell be?

Okay, think about your city, Washington, DC...if the entire city was the body...maybe City Hall is the brain because it tells the city how things should be working. And the streets and roads would be like the arteries and veins, moving things around in the city taking things here and there. Maybe the internet, WiFi, and street cameras are like the nerves, giving information and sending information from one place to another. The buildings are structures to do certain things which the city needs. 

Now, think about what a cell is? A cell is the smallest living part of a big system. Some cells are all the same, like say brain cells, heart cells, of bone cells, they make up certain parts of the body.

Now...using that information, it is your turn to answer your question with all the examples I gave you.
