This statement means that less data and fewer solid assumptions lead to more exact predictions.

This statement means that less data and more weak assumptions lead to better predictions.
D.
This statement means that more data and more solid assumptions lead to fewer exact predictions.

(A) is correct.  It is better to have more data against which you can compare model predictions.  If the assumptions that go into the model are better, then the model should produce better predictions.

 

(B) is false, and self explanatory.

 

In (C), if by "weak" assumptions you mean assumptions that are not supported well by facts, then (C) is inherently false, and self explanatory. 

 

(D) is false, and self explanatory.
