The Magic of the Internet and Understanding
When a stroke occurs, a person looses sensation in one or both sides of their body due to the lack of blood and oxygen reaching their brain. It is common for males to lose feeling in their face while women experience clenched jaw more often. The numb side of the face becomes the dropping side after the stroke occurs. The drooping eye doesn't really mean anything, other than the fact a stroke had occur. It was a precursor to more severe symptoms of a stroke.
