what are the basic things to start a business?

I planned to start a business, that will be innovative and useful for all. if we go with some old business that may be a bad idea , because we are in huge competition world, what i want know is basic things which are essential to start a business.

 

and i have planned to merge to things. Merge means , agriculture with technology like that,

 

anyone here to explain how to start this type of business or develop this ideology?

Since you want to start a business that emphasizes on technology, you need to be educated about the various types of technology that are used out there.  This is because you will be utilizing them in your company.  Also, you need to train your workers on how to use these various types of technology.  Then next thing you need is capital.  You need money to invest in your resources.  Then you need people who will work for your business.  Don't forget to have those financial advisors, for they will guide you on how to use those investments wisely and how to mange your profits.  You should also perform some research on your prospective competitors.  Knowing your competition can give you an advantage or an idea of what your prospective clients want to get out of your business.
