I'm assuming that you mean: what the distance traveled by the truck in time t is proportional to, for this question. Therefore, based on that assumption the answer would be: t3/2.
 
How? 
 
P = FV = maV = m(V/T)V = (mS2/ T3)
 
We know that P and m are constants, therefore:  S2/t3 is equal to the constant.
