I had to learn Calculus in a WEEK to pass this math exam to get into my top university. I didn't realize the exam had calculus on it until last minute, because I was so focused on my other classes. My dream school ranks along BROWN AND DARTMOUTH and this math exam was VERY difficult, and included calculus. I had learned pre-calculus in high school, but that was two years ago for me, and I forgot a lot of the material.

She has a great sense of humor, and taught my son many useful calculus techniques in only an hour. Not only that, as his school doesn't offer AP Calculus BC, she offered to help him with that portion in order for him to take the AP Calculus BC exam rather than the AB. Needless to say, we have made the decision to use Margery on a regular basis, especially as Calculus can be a rather daunting class to teach oneself and she made it an enjoyable learning experience for my son.

The only Calculus tutor at her school, is her current teacher. My daughter requested assistance, but her teacher's approach to Calculus was not being understood well by my daughter. She requested assistance from other peers, but the ones who did understand it couldn't explain it well. So I found a tutor on the internet. The first one was not a good fit...he had taken the summer off from college, and just lectured her in a lofty manner about Calculus in general - wasted $50 in my opinion!
