Hey, I'm Zach, and I recently graduated magna cum laude with a BA in mathematics and a minor in data science. I also have basic computer science knowledge, primarily in Python. As someone who was once was (and in many ways, still is) this type of student, I can deeply appreciate the need to pace yourself and break things down bit by bit. Often times, there isn't a learning issue, but a teaching issue. I'd love to hear about how you come to understand things and create an active process we both engage in, rather than me just regurgitating what I already know. I would also enjoy getting to explain how I've come to best learn the things that I have struggled with to help you on a metacognitive level, too. I am very patient, love to explain things, and will do my best to make sure you walk away with a better understanding each time.
I am most experienced in tutoring college students, but I also have experience tutoring my brother from grades 6-8+. I am interested in gaining more experience with different subjects beyond just calculus.
