I’m a dedicated academic tutor and music teacher with over five years of experience working with students from grades 6–12. I specialize in tutoring middle and high school math, as well as AP-level courses in U.S. History, World History, Physics 1, and Statistics. In addition to academic support, I offer private violin and piano lessons to students of all skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced players preparing for auditions or recitals.

My teaching journey began with one-on-one tutoring for classmates and younger students in my community, and it quickly grew into a deep passion. I’ve worked with students in both in-person and virtual formats, adapting my teaching methods to suit each student’s unique learning style. I focus on building confidence, simplifying complex topics, and making learning a positive and rewarding experience. I often incorporate visual tools, real-world examples, and step-by-step strategies—especially in math and science subjects—to help students understand rather than memorize. For music, I emphasize both technical skill and creative expression, helping students develop a strong foundation while also enjoying the music they play.

I’ve taught students ranging from elementary to early college levels, and my approach is always personalized, goal-oriented, and encouraging. Whether a student is preparing for AP exams, needs extra support during the school year, or wants to explore music for the first time, I’m committed to helping them grow in both skill and self-confidence. I understand how important it is to have a tutor who listens and adapts, and I take that responsibility seriously in every session.
