I am a certified Orton-Gillingham (OG) specialist by IMSE and a Structured Literacy/Dyslexia Specialist by CERI. I use an explicit, direct, systematic, sequential, and multi-sensory instructional approach to teach reading and writing, as part of structured literacy. Lessons can focus on phonological awareness, encoding, decoding, vocabulary, fluency, and comprehension.
