I am a firm believer in Conscious Discipline and making lessons fun. If a student is not engaged, I consider that to be my problem and not something that they need to fix. I understand that as the leader, it's my job to find a way to teach it that fits each individual student. I'm passionate about the power of kindness, patience and flexibility to motivate students to enjoy learning.
