I'm Chan! I am enrolled at the University of Southern California and pursuing a major in Biochemistry. I successfully completed both Calculus AB and Calculus BC in my junior year, and I recently completed Multivariable Calculus & Linear Algebra as a senior. I scored a five on both AP Calculus AB and BC and 790 on the math section of the SAT.

Throughout high school, I often found that my upperclassmen and friends helped me better understand and prepare for exams than my teachers, who simply gave out worksheets. This was because they had already been through the same struggles as I was experiencing and could thus relate to my issues. As a recent high school graduate, these subjects are still fresh in my mind, and I want to share the tips and tricks I accumulated over the years to help students ace Algebra and prepare them for high school.

I am open to teaching Elementary math, Pre-algebra, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and SAT Math. I have 4 years of experience tutoring students through my school's National Honors Society club, dedicated to helping underclassmen. Additionally, I have experience tutoring students in Korean.

I want to benefit the students I work with in any way possible; therefore, I am open to any resources or suggestions that the student or parent can provide.
