Hi! I graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida’s Judy Genshaft Honors College with a degree in Biomedical Sciences and a minor in Astronomy. With four years of tutoring experience, I’ve worked with undergraduate Biochemistry students and neurodivergent learners, which allowed me to strengthen my skills with tailoring my methods to meet individual needs and learning styles.
As someone who scored a 513 (87th percentile overall, 99th percentile CARs score) on the MCAT after scoring a 501, I’m passionate about helping students find a study strategy that is effective for them. I also tutor science-based courses for high school and undergraduate students, including Biochemistry, General Chemistry, Microbiology, and Psychology, and every section of the ACT (scored a 34, 99th percentile score). A few of the things that helped me the most with my academic journey thus far is focusing on health, proper nutrition, exercise, and stress reduction techniques, which are things I will incorporate into our tutoring sessions/exam prep.
