I am a management consultant with business strategy, engineering, and research backgrounds with a demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing at a tactical level. Experience providing decisive team leadership in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environments and across all organizational levels. Georgetown University MBA and San Diego State University B.S. in Electrical Engineering.

For the past few years, I’ve been providing business consulting services to small businesses, and to MBA/Executive MBA students. My services include but are not limited to:
•Provide instructions on areas such as consulting, management, finance, economy, accounting, supply chain, marketing and consulting.
•Conduct and teach statistical analyses such as hypothesis testing, model building (regression analysis) in support of informed decision-making.
•Design decision support systems using Excel’s Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) that perform various functions such expected value analysis, sensitivity analysis and real-data validity
•Analyze industry dynamics and trends impacting businesses and assess current market positioning using tools such as segmentation analysis, market trends analysis, competitive threats, and opportunities frameworks.
•Conduct competitive assessment using tools such as value chain analysis, differentiation measurements, and competitive array assessment.
•Synthesize insights generated from the Analysis and competitive assessment using Capability Gap Analysis, capability Visioning Analysis and portfolio Matrix construction to identify implications of competitors’ activities and develop comprehensive strategic and investment plans for both the short and long term.
