Hello, my name is Eric.

I've taught AP Calculus AB and BC and every AP Physics class (C, B, and 1 -both the Calculus and trig based courses) for 25 years. I have taught college classes and ONLINE ap physics and calculus classes also. In addition , I was selected as an AP calculus exam reader/grader by College Board. I am AP calculus and AP Physics certified by College Board and IB physics Certified by International Baccalaureate.

I've taught AP Calculus AB and BC and every AP Physics class (C, B, and 1 -both the Calculus and trig based courses) for 25 years. I have taught college classes and ONLINE ap physics and calculus classes also. In addition , I was selected as an AP calculus exam reader/grader by College Board. 1. After high school, I spent 6 years in the Navy as a nuclear reactor operator aboard a nuclear submarine I then attended Georgia Tech, where I received a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering graduating with highest honors.

2. While at Georgia Tech, I spent 2 years as a teaching assistant teaching heat transfer and thermodynamics. This was an experience I enjoyed so much that I eventually became a classroom teacher where i have taught most every math class and some chemistry - but mostly AP calculus and AP physics

3. My AP exam pass rate was 100% for the first 3 years. and every year since my class enrollment boomed to standing room only!

6. In fact, in it's "2007 report to the Nation," College Board recognized my AP Calculus class as "exemplary" and having the most students in the nation pass the AP calculus exam.

I can offer you and your student both the clear explanations of an experienced AP teacher and the expertise of an engineering professional. Students respond well to my humor and straight forward teaching style. It turns out that every engineering calculation at Tech was a calculus problem! So needless to say, I am extremely experienced and more importantly, extremely good at teaching. Best physics tutor out there!

Eric has the skills to teach physics in a way that most AP Physics teachers are lacking. In merely one session each week, my daughter gains more than 5 daily classes with her teacher. Eric has propelled her to the #1 position in her AP Physics class. If your child needs assistance, there is no better tutor out there than Eric!

My daughter had 2 lessons with Eric to prepare her for her AP Physics end of the quarter assessment. He is very knowledgeable with a lot of experience teaching but most of all he genuinely cares for my daughter to do well at her exam. We won’t look for another Physics tutor as long as we have Eric as a resource.

Awesome Tutor!

Eric is an excellent tutor. My son is struggling in AP Calculus AB and is super stressed. In just one session he has learned more during his session with Eric then he has in his regular class in school. In fact, he came home from school today telling me he completely understood the lesson because of last nights tutor session and was able to help other students in his class with the content Eric taught his last night. He’s already looking forward to his next session and has gained tremendous confidence in such a short time with Eric! We are very thankful!

Making AP Calculus fun!

Eric is a great tutor. My daughter loves working with him. She thinks she is not math person and didn’t want to take AP Calculus but she says he makes AP calculus fun, if that is possible. She has an A in the class and enjoys the class and math as a result.

Mr. Eric explained the basics of calculus to me on our first lesson, and we covered a lot, which was great because I hadn’t had any experience with calculus prior to that. He was very kind and helped me with math problems I was struggling with with really extensive answers.

Knowledgeable!

My daughter has been struggling with AP Calculus AB even with regular tutorial session with one of those brand name tutorial center. For the AP exam, we hire Eric to help. Eric is very knowledgeable with the AP exam and test strategy to use. He taught her how to categorize the types of questions quickly so that she knows which method to use. We are scheduling more sessions with Eric before the AP exam. Thank You Eric!

Excellent, highly recommend

AP Physics and Calculus BC. Eric is a great teacher and also has a great personality. Related well with my child and the one on one Zoom was very helpful, especially during the pandemic and the challenges of remote schooling.
