Bonjour! My name is Celine and I am a native French speaker. I have been teaching French as a foreign language for over 16 years now. I taught French mostly in China and Hong Kong in various institutions: Universities, language schools, elementary and middle schools, private lessons and online. I am now living in beautiful Colorado and available for lessons in-person or online. I teach all levels and ages. You have never learnt any French? Not an issue at all! Most of my students are full beginners and this is a level I enjoy teaching !

I use a mix of popular textbooks and materials designed by myself. I am familiar with the following exams : DELF, GCSE, IGCSE. I love my job as an educator for it brings me joy to witness students grow as language and culture learners. I make it a point to empower my students in their learning. I will encourage, support, explain, provide but at the end of the day I want you to feel proud of yourself for what you achieved. Learning languages successfully is all about confidence and motivation.
When I'm not teaching, I love spending time with my 4-year-old daughter, hiking, cooking and learning mandarin. Let's learn French together!

I studied Foreign languages in college: English and Chinese mandarin, so I have extensive experience when it comes to language learning.
