Hello! My name is Michele, and I bring over 20 years of experience as an educator, principal, and special education leader. I hold a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, a Master’s in Special Education, and California teaching and administrative credentials. I specialize in tutoring students with special needs, ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and learning disabilities, as well as those who need extra support with study skills, executive functioning, and organization.

My approach is patient, individualized, and strengths-based. I break down complex concepts into clear, manageable steps and use strategies like differentiated instruction, positive behavior support, and inclusive teaching models to help students build confidence and independence. I’ve helped students improve reading comprehension, writing, and math foundations, while also coaching them in time management, study strategies, and self-advocacy skills.

Over my career, I have designed and led programs in special education, co-teaching, and academic interventions. I’ve supervised and mentored teachers, and I know how to create learning plans that meet students where they are. Families who work with me can expect consistent progress, improved confidence, and strategies that will benefit their child far beyond the tutoring session.

Whether your student needs help with homework, test preparation, IEP support, or executive functioning strategies, I would love the opportunity to partner with you. My goal is not only to strengthen academic skills but also to help your student thrive in school and beyond.
