I graduated magma cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Physics and worked as a volunteer researcher in a condensed matter physics lab. I am CRLA certified and have 4 years of experience working with both high school and college students in the Norco College Upward Bound and STEM Supplemental Instruction Programs.

I first started tutoring at Norco Community College while I attended classes as a student. I learned that many students never reach their potential because they don't believe they have what it takes. Everyone has their own struggles and it does not help that often math and physics are presented in a complicated way.

I am passionate about helping students reach their fullest potential. As a recent student who also struggled with physics, I understand the common misconceptions and what students need in order to successfully complete homework and perform well on tests. I love seeing the moment a student has that insight and they're able to connect with the material.

My son had been struggling with Physics for a while. Despite extra study sessions and a number of tutors, nothing seemed to help increase the failing Physics grade. He was consistently getting scores between 55-65% on tests. Enter Ethan...there was a 360 degree turn around when Ethan started tutoring my son. After their first session, my son received an 80% on his next test. Ethan is a patient tutor and knows how to get the message across, a true master at his craft. My son has more confidence and is now has a better understanding of the material, which was proven with his most recent test score of 100%.
