Adobe Flash

I have been using Adobe Flash for almost ten years now, ever since Flash 5. I'm currently using CS5 now. I'm able to teach from CS5 and older versions. I focus in illustration and animation within the software, I don't teach Action Script, but I know enough programming to work well with Programmers and can introduce you the programming aspect of Flash. I have a BFA in Motion Media and a Minor in Animation. I can teach you the principles, techniques and tips of 2D animation. I'm well adjusted with all of Flash's tools, settings and properties. I can know how to integrate the software to work well with After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator. I'm a well organized person and can introduce you to some project management skills. I have freelance and industry level knowledge on how to tackle a project from start to finish. I have experience in producing prints, flash games, animations, motion graphics and more within Flash.

Adobe Photoshop

I've been using Photoshop for up to 7 years. I use Photoshop to organize and modify illustrations and animations. Although I focus on preparing files to print or organizing them for Adobe After Effects and Adobe Flash, I do have experience with photo manipulation and creating website layouts. I can show you how to organize a file, integrating Photoshop with Adobe After Effects and Flash, setting up images for web, print and other mediums.

Animation

I've animated in Adobe Animate, After Effects, Toon Boom, and Photoshop for commercials, networks, and studios. I've worked on Squidbillies and Aqua Teen Hunger Force for Adult Swim, The Awesomes for Hulu, and various commercials.

Drawing

I've worked as an artist since 2010 for Fox, Nickelodeon, Disney, Adult Swim, various commercials, toy companies, and more. I've done art shows, taught, and actively produce my own work on the side. Can view my work at nathmilburn.com.
