Dr. Seth is a teacher, tutor, writer, editor, community leader, and educational consultant. He is a Computer Science, Technology, Creative Writing, & English Teacher who has taught in public, charter, and private education for over 20 years.

Dr. Seth holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a Clear Single Subject English Teaching Credential from the state of California. He holds a Master's degree in Educational Technology & Leadership from Cal State Los Angeles. He was a graduate of Santa Monica High School. He will be teaching his 7th year at New Designs Charter High School on their University Park Campus in Los Angeles near USC for the 2025-26 school year.

Dr. K. became affiliated with Loving to Learn Association as Ascension Education Association (AEA) in April of 2023 under Archbishop Dr. Joshua Smith. AEA is a health, education, and social services non-profit community resource/referral agency. Dr. K. added a Honorary Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degree for 25 years in community service, education, peace building, and ministry from The Word of God International University in August of 2024.

Dr. K. is passionate about integrating character, technology, humanity, innovation, and environmental sustainability into education. He envisions New Day Academy Schools as an international K-12 transformative educational community that promotes character, environmental stewardship, food & water security, international peace building, and educational excellence. He lives with his Social Worker Supervisor wife and 2 high achieving student-athlete teenagers in Los Angeles, California, USA.

I have been a full time "AP Computer Science & Technology Teacher" at New Designs Charter School in Los Angeles, CA for 4 years from 2020-2025 teaching AP Computer Science Principles. Eleven (11) of my students passed the AP Computer Science Exam in that time.

I facilitated and spoke publicly at multiple tree planting and educational events for youth and adults from 2011 to 2024 with GDF.
